Welcome to GRACE. We offer a safe, judgement-free space for adults (18+) who are ready to move forward from life traumas, including mental health challenges, social isolation, addiction, homelessness, or bereavement.

Our friendly, trauma-informed staff have lived experience, meaning we truly understand the journey of recovery. In our supportive peer environment, you can participate in mindfulness, physical wellness, resilience, and skill-building workshops designed for your personal development.
