Our wider volunteering community came together in a major way recently for the 3rd Annual Volunteering Awards Celebration, welcoming over 80 guests from across East Dunbartonshire! It was an evening truly filled with remarkable individuals, each representing the incredible contribution of thousands of volunteering hours dedicated across the region this year.
To all of the nominees and award winners — THANK YOU. The powerful stories and experiences shared through the nominations are a constant source of inspiration. Seeing everyone come together, celebrate, and be genuinely supportive of one another on the night perfectly reflects the deep strength and spirit of our local volunteering community.
The organising team has been incredibly touched by the wonderful photos and messages shared on social media since the event. It is clear that the pride and joy felt in hosting this celebration is deeply shared by everyone who attended.
