Dru Yoga is graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. 

Set firmly in ancient yogic traditions, Dru works on body, mind and spirit, improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxes and rejuvenates your whole being.

Dru yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to suit all individuals through modification of postures. 

 

GRACE invites you to join the Dru Yoga Class that best meets your needs:

  • Monday at 10am at Auchinairn Community Centre, Bishopbriggs 

  • Friday at 10am at Hillhead Community Centre, Kirkintilloch

  • Tuesday at 1pm Chair Yoga is available via Zoom (1 hr)

Each Yoga class includes:

  • Warmups

  • Sequence(s)

  • Postures

  • Relaxation
