Welcome to GRACE

We support adults (18 and over) who are in recovery from any life trauma, such as mental health, social isolation, drug or alcohol use, homeless and bereavement, and who wish to move on from it.

We provide mindfulness, physical, resilience and skill based workshops in a peer support setting.

Why choose GRACE? No judgement, lived experience and Trauma Informed staff, and a safe and friendly environment while working on structured personal development.
