Robert Smith BEM and the team at GRACE (Group Recovery Aftercare Community Enterprise) were delighted to welcome Susan Murray, MP for Mid Dunbartonshire, to the Auchinairn Early Learning and Community Centre. The visit was a dedicated opportunity for the MP to meet specifically with Robert to learn more about the vital work GRACE is doing to support recovery and wellbeing across the region.
During the meeting, Susan Murray gained valuable updated information into the charity’s current projects providing non-judgmental aftercare and community-led support, Susan has been a valued supporter of our charity for many years. Robert shared the success stories of the individuals and families GRACE serves, highlighting how their programs help strengthen the social fabric of East Dunbartonshire. The visit offered a chance for the MP to see first-hand how GRACE operates as a vibrant community enterprise, fostering hope and connection for those in recovery.
