This project is led by a trained volunteer offering an introductory holistic therapy taster experience.
It includes gentle massage of the shoulders, hands, or feet or a manicure with hand massage
a relaxing way to experience the benefits of holistic wellbeing in a supportive community setting
Subject to the completion of a confidential health questionnaire and availability
Donations suggested for this experience as the project is offered by a GRACE volunteer.
