Recently Rossvale Bayern 2014s amateur football team approached GRACE hoping to acquire sponsorship for new football strips. This was an opportunity for GRACE to support the local community by providing equipment for the team. Volunteer coaches involved in the training of the team had been unsuccessful in obtaining sponsorship from other sources and were extremely grateful for our contribution. GRACE hopes to continue working with the parents and children of the team in the future to carry on the good work that they have begun.

This group of children have had a tough stat to playing club football. with many of them only taking the first steps into playing in the last year or 2. What started as a drop-in school. Became a team. But this brought many challenges. The main one being that we have only really gained control of team and finances on last 8 months after losing player, coaches and the main link between us and the club. This has meant for over 18 months our kids have had 1 training kit (some haven’t even got that tbh) to both train and play games in. So when G.R.A.C.E agreed to sponsor new strips all of the kids were delighted. As it felt like they had a proper strip for the first time. And they all proudly wore the strip for their first game of 2023 after being presented with it at the end of 2022. It is making them feel more like a team, so much so they want to wear it for training too. All of the kids, coaches & parents are so thankful for the sponsorship. It has had such a positive impact on our team.
