This 8 week mindfulness course is ideal for beginners as we start exactly where you are! We learn about the patterns and behaviours of our minds and how we can work with them to bring great calm into our lives. Sometimes our thoughts can feel overwhelming through this course we learn we are not alone with the challenges of living with a busy mind. We explore mindfulness practices that can bring greater freedom and self-accceptance to our lives. You will learn how to integrate these practices into your daily in a managable way. The impact being greater connection and presence with your day to day experience, greater self acceptance, becoming less lost in thought and more equipped to deal with the ups and downs of life. Mindfulness is also shown to support people living with chronic pain, depression, anxiety and other long term health conditions.
