Boxercise is a non-contact (no sparring)  safe, fun, inclusive, activity using straightforward & professionally coached boxing techniques and pad holding positions. 

We blend these with bodyweight exercises ,  with intensity levels tailored to each individual’s fitness,  to give you an all over ,  stress relieving ,  boxing based workout.
