GRACE had the opportunity to take part in the parade again this year. Members enjoy the parade showing the community that we are a fun charity with whistles, bube guns, music, dancing and waving to the crowd watching along the main street as we made our way to the leisure centre from the library. Our stall at the Gala day showcased items made by our Jewellery project and pins and needles project being sold to raise essential funds for our charity GRACE.
The gala is a day for the community to come together organised by Your Kirky and we take part every year to be part of the fun and be involved in community events.
